Have you ever wanted to learn how to save a life in an emergency? Now’s your chance! Our Basic Life Support (BLS) session is designed to teach you essential skills in a relaxed, friendly environment. Whether you’re a complete beginner or just looking to refresh your skills, we’ve got you covered.


You’ll learn how to:

  • Assess and respond to an unconscious casualty

  • Perform CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) effectively

  • Use a defibrillator in an emergency
